Anna Eriksson has many years of experience as an artist. She is based on Ekerö and paints using a variety of techniques. Oil, acrylic and mixed media, and sometimes watercolor as well. With skilled and experienced hands, she creates art that is powerful both in expression and energy.

Horses have always been a part of Anna Eriksson’s artistry, both realistic portraits and a completely unique combination of realism and abstraction.

The subjects vary, and besides horses, cows are a recurring theme, as well as other animals, but also completely abstract works and semi-abstract landscape views.

Anna says:

Ever since childhood, creativity has taken different forms in my life. Creativity is vital. Whether I paint, sculpt or try new forms of expression, it gives me energy and joy in life. Over the years, creativity has been given more and more space and today it is a natural and completely necessary part of my life. I could not possibly be without it.
