My name is Amy Floman and I’m a graphic designer and artist whose work balances between instinct and intention, where raw energy meets playfulness. I love bold colors and distorted shapes, giving my designs a lively and untamed expression. My creative process is driven by experimentation, blending playfulness with unexpected compositions. For me, mistakes are not missteps but an important part of the final piece.

I have a background in art and design, having studied at KV Konstskola before my current bachelor in design at HDK-Valand, where I’m specialized in graphic design and illustration. In my illustrations, I often get inspiration from my surroundings, especially my cats. While many of my ideas result in illustrations, on coasters and such, they also take shape in textile materials, such as wool figurines that can be used as bag charms or hand painted textiles and clothes.
