Collection: Miranda Borg Blomquist

Miranda Borg Blomquist (b.1999) is a jewelry artist based in Stockholm. In the summer of 2022, she completed her Bachelor's degree in fashion design at the Swedish School of Textiles. After graduation, she started working in materials such as silver and tin. Casting tin in clay, and shaping silver by melting it against charcoal.

”My creative process is a collaboration between me, the material, and chance. Meaning: the outcome is not planned in detail, allowing for the element of chance to surprise. Also, I let the material guide me in the process, actively embracing its natural characteristics. Through this method I create irregular and intuitive works shaped by serendipity. Each piece is unique and handcrafted by me in Stockholm.”
