Bringing independent art and design into Stockholm’s new cultural destination

This September, a new cultural destination opened its doors in the heart of Stockholm, and we’re VERY excited to be part of it.

Cay Collective has partnered with Elverket to curate a selection of art, design and handmade objects for its new shop, bringing the work of independent creators from our community into one of Stockholm’s most exciting new cultural spaces.
Located at Linnégatan 69 on Östermalm, Elverket is a new permanent destination for immersive cultural experiences. In a building previously home to Dramaten and Dansens Hus, the new Elverket brings together visual art, film, music, performance and technology in large-scale productions designed to place the audience inside the story.
And as you know by now, we're all about hyping creativity in all forms so, it was a perfect match.

Our vision is for Elverket to become a natural meeting place for culture and experiences in Stockholm. A place that is constantly evolving, surprising and inviting new perspectives.

A new space for creativity

Together, Cay Collective and Elverket have curated a shop filled with art, design and handmade objects from independent creators in the Cay community, spanning ceramics, jewellery and sculptural objects to prints, posters and unexpected design pieces.
The idea is to make the shop an extension of the cultural experience itself: a place to discover new creative talent, learn more about the people behind the objects and take something truly unique home with you.
The collection will continue to evolve, with new creators and pieces introduced over time, creating a new physical platform for our community in the heart of Stockholm.
