This hand built vase is made from stoneware clay and is painted with vibrant underglazes before its first firing. The eye on each side has a different expression, changing the look when you turn it around. It is then coated with a transparent glaze and fired a second time. Each piece takes about 3-4 weeks to complete and is truly one of a kind.
