Inspired by white lupines and the summer hum of our pollinators, this painting depicts small, hard-working bumblebees.

Unlike the other paintings in the mini collection, this one is more subdued and sophisticated with neutral colors.

The acrylic paints in this painting are mixed with a medium to make the paint thick and thus build structure on the canvas. Flowers and bumblebees therefore bulge out a little from the painting, I do this to emphasize a clearer 3D effect to the blurry background, a method inspired by Sarah McDonald Artwork.

All my paintings are surface-treated with varnish. I do this to protect your artwork against UV radiation, dust and dirt.
