Kollektion: Varde ljus

Creativity has always been a quiet companion in my life — something that balances and brightens my work as a nurse. Caring for others has taught me to notice small details, to be patient, and to find beauty in the everyday. This mindfulness also guides me in my work with Varde Ljus.

It began with a love for glass — its texture, weight, and the way it catches light. I started collecting unique glass pieces from second-hand shops and online auctions, drawn to their stories and imperfections. Over time, this grew into a passion for transforming forgotten objects into something new.

Each lamp, candleholder, or tray I create is hand-painted and assembled from these found treasures, with colors and shapes chosen intuitively. By adding a light source to the lamps, the glass comes alive again — glowing, shifting, and revealing unexpected hues.
