Emma is the creator behind TYKEN Studio. Rooted in her beloved Gothenburg, the city that also inspired the name, Emma has always had a passion for creativity and handcrafted work.

A few years ago, she discovered her love for ceramics. It turned into a full-blown passion and she hasn’t been able to stop experimenting with clay since. Using hand-building techniques and stoneware clay, she creates everything from functional objects and home decor to one-of-a-kind art pieces.

Her work embraces the beauty of the “perfectly imperfect,” giving each piece a unique and lively character. She gravitates toward earthy tones but also enjoys adding bold pops of color, patterns, and textures.

Emma hopes her ceramics will bring joy and warmth into people’s homes.
