Kollektion: Spets Studio

Hi!
My name is Maria Spets and I am the creator behind Spets Studio.

Reuse and natural materials are the heart of my small studio in the countryside of Småland.

Discarded picture glass, cracked mirrors, forgotten objects, and plants from nature form my starting point—and from there, each piece of jewelry is allowed to take shape.

Along gravel roads and forest paths, I gather flowers and plants that I press and preserve.
They are then given new life, sealed between two pieces of reclaimed glass—I do not use resin. The edge is framed in copper and carefully soldered with tin.

Broken porcelain figurines become jewelry with a story. Prisms from discarded crystal chandeliers are allowed to shine once more around someone’s neck.
