My name is Shano, and art has always been a central part of my life. I have also studied art within the teacher education program and hold qualifications in the field.

I love to work freely and explore different styles, but the expressions I most often return to are Cubism and abstract art. Color is my greatest passion I work with acrylics, oils, and often mixed media, allowing colors and forms to meet in a balance between the spontaneous and the thoughtful. I use color generously and intuitively to create emotion, depth, and movement in my work.

I have participated in many exhibitions and had the joy of holding my own solo exhibition in 2019.

For me, art is a way to tell stories and evoke something within the viewer. Each painting becomes a meeting between my own ideas and the interpretation of the person who experiences the work.
