My creative expression is inspired by my Tornedalian heritage, raw forward and natural. I have always been drawn to the earthy and warmth, textures and colours. I love to be inspired and express feelings of comfort yet something unexpected.

In everything I create, I want my presence to be felt. My work reflects my charisma, my curiosity about life, my sense of faith, strength, joy, and my appreciation for different materials. I am fascinated by organic shapes, rustic qualities, and the whimsical or “odd” details.

For me the “ugly” is interesting and the raw is attractive, natural is honest and meaningful. My art embraces that truth, celebrating the raw, the unusual, and the wonderfully quirky parts of existence.
