Maria Pita Guerreiro (1991, Portugal) is an experimental designer and artist. After studying graphic design, product design, and painting in Lisbon, she moved to Stockholm for an MFA in Design at Konstfack University. Her work has been featured internationally at design fairs, museums, and galleries, whilst she participated in numerous art and design residencies. Her interest lies in design as a medium for storytelling. Her work is at the intersection of design, art, craft, science, and health, and draws inspiration from natural systems, rituals, the human body, and eco-feminism.
