Collection: Adam Esser

My name is Adam Esser, and welcome to my page at CAY. By day, I work as a tax lawyer, but in my free time, I’m out in the world with my cameras hanging around my neck. I have a passion for beaches, palm trees, and Mediterranean environments, where I feel most at home. I aim to create and paint my photos with warm colors and azure seas to dream back to those long, late nights along the waterfront when darkness falls over half the year in Sweden. I want to bring happiness and a feel-good vibe to my work, allowing us all to dream of warmer latitudes. My goal is to recreate a nostalgic and vintage feel in my photos, reminiscent of the 1970s but with a contemporary touch.

My photos are generally born along the Spanish coast of Costa Blanca, as well as from some of Mallorca’s most beautiful and scenic areas that make my heart melt. Throughout my active career as a photographer, I’ve had several exhibitions in both Stockholm and Gothenburg, where I was born. Here on my page at CAY, I will present a series of photos for the first time that have never been shown before.

All my photos are taken analog with a wonderful 1970s Nikon FG camera and from my very first analog camera, the Olympus OM50. I hope you enjoy what you see here.
