ceramic-mug-beige-copy
Ceramic Mug - Green beige

A ceramic handbuilt mug in a mix of green and beige color tones. A unique one-of-a-kind object for those slow, warming moments with your favorite coffee or tea. The mug is large and holds more than 4 deciliters.

Here’s how the mug is made:

I start by making templates in paper for all my designs. Then the clay is kneaded thoroughly. I use a special kind of rolling pin to make large and thin slabs, the technique is called slab-building. They need to dry slightly before I can cut, bend and join the pieces of clay. When the item is finished, it must dry again before it can be bisque fired, then glazed, and then high-fired. The whole process takes several weeks from start to finish.

You can follow my work on Instagram @bolling.studio

Dimensions:

Height: 8 cm

Width: 9,5 cm

Capacity: 4,5 dl

Product details:

This listing is for 1 green beige ceramic mug

Clay: White stoneware

Color: Green beige

Glaze: Non-toxic, food safe, dishwasher safe

Not quite the style you where looking for?

Visit the shop for other options

If you have any questions, please let me know
