About Hilma
Hi! My name is Hilma, I’m 20 years old, and I’m a girl who loves being creative. I’m studying industrial design in Lund. Color, form, and every way of expressing myself have always drawn me in, and creating with my hands feels like the most natural thing in the world.
I’ve been painting since I was little and still think it’s one of the most fun things I know. Over the past few years I’ve become especially fascinated with acrylics and oils, where I can play with color in a more physical, vibrant way. I love painting the things I personally enjoy—dresses, skirts, and subjects that have a soft, slightly girly feel. I like them to be charming, colorful, and playful.
A big source of inspiration for me right now is dogs. I get so happy seeing sweet pups just enjoying life in their own way. There’s something about that joy in the little things that I try to capture in my art—the small golden moments of everyday life, simply put.
Being able to create freely, experiment, and spread a little joy through my paintings is what I’m truly passionate about!
